Summary: The stay was excellent food was very good and the stay was great. The only thing I would have liked is a way more comfortable bed. Overall other than that was great.

Summary: Embassy suites was good. Needed updating. Ice machine did not work on our floor, 5th, and 4th so used one on 3rd. Used stairway to get there and it was not kept clean and smelled of cigarette smoke.

Summary: Overall, the hotel was very clean. We have stayed here several times and are always impressed with the cleanliness and customer service. The only semi- negative is the evening reception seemed lacking compared to other hotels- fruit, yogurt, chips, and salsa with tiny little plates which was difficult for salsa. We will stay here again!

Summary: Our stay was great! The room was big and spacious and my kids loved the pool. They give 2 free drinks per adult and have a free snack time. It was definitely worth the price! I left my swimsuit in my suit and didn’t realize it until I got home. They found it and shipped it back promptly. I appreciated their quick action and awesome customer service!

Summary: We always love staying at Embassy Suites. We have stayed at this location several times and it never disappoints. Check in was quick and the guy at the desk was very friendly. Breakfast was also very good.

Summary: The view was overlooking the rooftop of the con and the elevators only 1 was working half the time all others were out of order.

Summary: Ours was a quick overnight stay. Room a bit dated, decor - like from the 70s. The pillows on pull-out sofa were comically old, one had a hole/tear. Bed pillows really need updating - kind of like mats. But AC worked very well, shower hot water great. Asked for extra bedding for sofa pull-out and it was promptly sent up. Front desk experience fine. Quiet room. Lots of places to eat close by. Fairly reasonably priced.
